To register a new account select "register" in the upper right hand corner. Add your account number and phone number (no dashes). Your account will come up and prompt you to create a username and password. Once you are logged in, to the right of the screen, you will see user profile, select change my communications preferences, select SMS subscription, enter your phone number and check the box to agree to terms and make sure to hit save.
